Andrew MacKenzie

Andy comes to Castle Wildish from another industry but previously grew up in the property business, specialising in property management. He enjoys finding solutions to the various issues that can crop up and making the process smooth and enjoyable for all concerned. He is determined to never leave a job unfinished and believes that communication is key to any process. Andy is a family man who loves golf and rugby when he gets the chance to play or watch.

George Smith

George joined Castle Wildish after finishing his A levels at the Howard of Effingham and gaining Estate Agency experience at a branch in Cobham. George is a keen golfer and is currently a member at St George’s Hill golf club. Other hobbies include football where he played for Horsley football club for a successful 13 years. George is hoping to follow in his Father’s footsteps [God help him] with a successful career in Estate Agency and Lettings.

Julian Smith

Julian became a Partner in 1987 and has proudly run Castle Wildish ever since, successfully acquiring the whole partnership in 1999. Under his directorship, Castle Wildish has established a successful letting division which now rents and manages in excess of four hundred residential properties and a handful of Commercial properties for established clients. Julian goes above and beyond to offer the most personal service, with the knowledge, experience and understanding that your home is your most valued and important asset. When not working, Julian is a keen golfer and family man, with a long-suffering Wife Lynda and two children.

Adam Goodfellow

Adam comes to Castle Wildish with a wealth of experience in the property industry in both sales and lettings. His passion is with the lettings market, as he loves solving the problems that are all too frequently encountered with letting property; from maintenance issues through to advising Landlords how best to prepare their property for the letting journey. Adam is a keen Ice Hockey Player and can often be seen on the rinks in Slough and Bracknell.

Claire Blusch

Claire joined Castle Wildish two years ago as an administrator. Since starting she has taken to her role like a duck to water and now oversees all the tenancy renewals, as well as helping the lettings team on a day to day basis. Claire lives in Walton with her Family and her daughter attends the local Burhill School. When not working Claire enjoys her most treasured role of being a Mum and spending time with her daughter.
